Advisorlink by Hooked Strategy provides Advisorlink as a self-service technology platform for individuals to create and share a personal profile page. Advisorlink is a software tool only — we are not a licensed financial adviser, insurance broker, fund manager, or regulated entity under the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

Account holder responsibilities

By creating an Advisorlink account, you represent and warrant that you are duly licensed, registered, or otherwise authorised to conduct the financial or insurance advisory activities you describe on your profile, in accordance with all applicable laws and MAS requirements.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of all content you publish — including credentials, licences, product information, statistics, testimonials, and contact details.

You must not use Advisorlink if you are not properly licensed or authorised, or if your use would breach any law, insurer rule, or professional code of conduct.

• Provide truthful credentials and licence details
• Ensure product and marketing content complies with MAS and industry rules
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or affiliations
• Not use the platform to provide regulated advice outside your licence scope

No verification by Advisorlink

Advisorlink does not verify, audit, or endorse the licensing status, credentials, or content of any account holder. The presence of a profile on Advisorlink does not imply approval, vetting, or recommendation by Hooked Strategy or Advisorlink.

Visitors and clients must independently confirm an advisor's licence status (including via the MAS Financial Institutions Directory or equivalent) before engaging their services.

Advisor content

Product information, credentials, statistics, testimonials, and other content on advisor profile pages are supplied entirely by the account holder. Advisorlink and Hooked Strategy do not verify the accuracy, suitability, or regulatory compliance of advisor-submitted content.

Visitors should confirm all product details, fees, and suitability directly with the advisor before making any decision.

Nothing on Advisorlink (including this website, the builder, or any advisor page) constitutes financial, investment, insurance, tax, or legal advice. Advisorlink does not recommend, arrange, or transact in any financial product.

Insurance and investment products are subject to terms and conditions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or delete any account at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe the account holder is unlicensed, misrepresenting their credentials, publishing non-compliant content, or otherwise using the platform in a way that exposes Hooked Strategy or Advisorlink to legal or regulatory risk.

We are under no obligation to provide advance notice where immediate action is required to mitigate harm or compliance risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hooked Strategy, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, penalty, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Advisorlink, your profile content, your breach of this disclaimer, or any allegation that you are unlicensed or have misrepresented your status as a financial or insurance representative.

Subscriptions & trials

Plus plans may include a free trial period. After the trial, billing continues as described at signup unless you cancel before the trial ends. Pricing and features may change with notice on this website.

Advisor pages and Advisorlink may link to third-party websites (WhatsApp, social media, insurer sites, etc.). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hooked Strategy and Advisorlink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, reliance on advisor-published content, or dealings between visitors and account holders.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that account holders are licensed or compliant.

Governing law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
